Imaginal Cells

I first learned of Imaginal Cells from Deepak Chopra. Have you heard of them? The Reader's Digest Version: They are the cells in a caterpillar that appear out of nowhere that end up creating the change to a beautiful butterfly; a completely different creature. At first the cells are considered an enemy and are destroyed by the other cells.

Some people are now equating them to the human metamorphosis going on within our own consciousness and our collective consciousness.
